Here at Dere Street Homes we are not just about building homes, we are also about building relationships with our customers.  Our Development Sales Managers take time to really get to know our customers to give them the best customer journey possible.  Here is what some of them had to say.

  • Why did you choose Dere Street Homes? Dere Street was a home builders I had never heard of so we were drawn to the site initial from the unique look of the build. We then researched the company and found some great reviews and examples of builds which were all positive.
  • What is the best feature in your house? The overall quality of finish is absolutely the best we have seen on a new build. This is also echoed by various visitors and workmen to the property who have all commented on the quality of the finish. The brick colour is lovely, we love the window colour. Having two carpark spaces off the road is such a great feature. The layout of practical and cleverly straightforward.
  • Can you describe your customer journey? We have loved our customer journey with Dere Street Homes. Having spent many a weekend going to any number of local new builds it because very obvious very quickly that Dere Street were different. We were made to feel welcomed, valued as a customer and no question was too stupid and no request was too small. I couldn’t recommend Dere Street Homes enough. They guided and supported us every step of the way to buying our home and the after care has also been way above our expectations. Thank you for making our journey so enjoyable and hassle free.
