Buyers choose Dere Street Homes for ‘the Quality’ of build

New Homeowners at The Coppice (5)

The first residents at The Coppice in Chilton have been sharing their story with us – and why they chose to buy their forever home from Dere Street Homes.

Leanne and Michael were looking for more space for their growing family.  With two young sons and needing to be able to work from home they were ready for the next step on the property ladder.  Michael was not looking to buy a new build home, having worked on new build sites in the past and not been satisfied with the quality of the build.  Despite this, they visited The Coppice in Chilton to look at the Danby property, which they loved.  They also looked round a home mid-way through the build process, allowing them both to see and feel the ‘bare bones’ of the homes.  In this one visit Michael was converted, having finally found a quality of build he was satisfied with.  From that moment on they both settled on buying at The Coppice and reserved the stunning Danby 4 bedroom detached design for their forever home.

Now moved in with their two young sons they have settled in straightaway and even the children can’t wait to come home.  We were invited to visit them in their new home and see what they have done with it so far.  While the children played with their new toys from the village fair Leanne told us ‘We absolutely love the house.  Really, really love it.’  ‘The quality of the house was why we chose Dere Street’.

The favourite room so far is the spacious hallway which has been accessorised with beautiful feature shelving, wall storage and wall art.  The whole house is looking stunning already with a tasteful black and white colour scheme with soft green accents.

Having already moved home, the family still have an exciting few months ahead with their wedding quickly approaching.  We are delighted that Leanne and Michael chose to buy their forever home at The Coppice and we wish them a lifetime of happiness together.
