Dere Street Homes have welcomed the first resident into their latest new homes development at Stanton Court, North Shields.

Mary Smith only moved a few miles from her former property in North Shields mainly to be closer to her daughter and family, as she explained, “My daughter, Fiona, had let me know about Stanton Court as soon as the developers had received Planning Permission and I’d actually bought it off plan.
