Dere Street Homes have released prices for new homes at their Church View development in Trimdon Colliery.
Located just off Station Road, the development consists of just 12 two and three bedroom terraced homes. The loan is interest free for the first five years with interest only charged in the sixth year and thereafter and, in essence, means a buyer of a new built home only needs to find 5% of the cost of the home as a deposit, with the 20% Help to Buy loan making up the remainder of the deposit and a 75% mortgage making up the remainder of the total cost of the home.
