Past Projects: Horn Hall, Stanhope, County Durham

A small residential development of only six, large two and three storey traditionally constructed family homes offering a minimum of four bedrooms each. Perhaps one of its most appealing features is that it fronts the river Wear on the western edge of this charming market town.

Of the six, four are newly constructed all of which are three storey in height and are being offered with river bank frontage, this is reached by crossing the front garden wall over a style.

The other two houses are tastefully converted from retained buildings providing large and particularly well proportioned accommodation with river views and standing predominantly adjacent to open countryside to the west.

The properties are all reached by one of two private driveways leading to their own double parking and garaging. Constructed in stone with natural slate roofs, the high level of finish includes tiled wet areas and kitchen floors, oak flooring to reception rooms and all ground floors not tiled, and turfed gardens along with sash style windows and arched top French windows.
