The long awaited launch of the bungalows at Langley Park has finally taken place. Emails have gone out to everyone registered on our VIP list and the Development Sales Manager is now booking appointments to discuss the plots in detail.
The eleven bungalows will all be sold through the government backed Home Reach Part Rent – Part Buy product from heylo housing. Prices for 75% ownership of a home start from £138,750 with a 5% deposit payable only on the share being purchased.
