The long awaited launch of the Shared Ownership properties at The Coppice in Chilton has finally taken place with 8 plots available on this first release. The two bedroom ‘Malden’ and three bedroom ‘Lythe’ designs will all be sold through the government backed Home Reach Shared Ownership product from heylo housing. Prices for 50% ownership of a home start from £80,000 with a 5% deposit payable only on the share being purchased.
