As you can appreciate, due to the recent PM announcement we have taken the steps to close all of our Construction Sites, Marketing Suites and Showhomes BUT I can assure you it is business as usual. All our staff are now setup to work remotely from a home environment, we apologise in advance if you occasionally hear children, dogs bark or TV playing in the background whilst we take your calls. Customers wanting to buy or already in the process of purchasing your new home
If you are in the process of purchasing your new home during this period of uncertainty, our Development Sales Managers will be in regular contact to keep you updated on progress. If the measures we have put in place due to the Covid-19 leads to any delays in completions, rest assured we will be in touch to discuss this with you. I hope you understand during these uncertain times any potential delay is out of our control, although disappointing, the safety and wellbeing of Dere Sreet Homes staff, subcontractors and you, the public is our main concern. We are taking extra precautions to avoid unnecessary contact and will therefore be postponing all non-urgent customer care appointments, visits, inspections and maintenance repairs until further notice.
